A membership to Transform Fitness includes access to the entire facility with or without a trainer. A member has full use of the gym during all operating hours.
We offer personal training customized to each individual client’s needs and goals. Our wide variety of trainers gives us the advantage of specializing in a multitude of training styles. These training styles include body fat loss, muscle gains, improving functional movements for daily living, improving cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, core strength, balance and stability, sports and agility training, and post-rehab strengthening. Many of our trainers have the experience and knowledge to work with individuals with various injuries and health conditions.
